We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Cook duties include set up and use of a grill, fryer, and broiler. Prepare food items as needed and ensure kitchen area is kept clean and sanitary. Prior cooking experience or enrollment in a culinary program is required and an onsite written test will be administered for pre-qualification. Eligible candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have open availability from March 13th through April 11th, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain overall cleanliness of indoor and outdoor dining areas. Sweep, mop and clean restaurant areas. Keep resturant patios fully stocked with utensils, paper goods, etc. Greet, assist and answer questions for guests. Ability to lift 20 lbs. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Eligible candidates should be fully available to work from March 10th through April 11th, and be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Provide excellent service by greeting guests and answering questions in our retail stores. Must develop superior product knowledge and be adept at suggestive selling. Maintain the appearance of the sales area, stockroom, display cases and shelves. Handle cash, credit and check transactions. Prior retail, cash handling, or cash register experience preferred. Due to cash handling, an onsite written math test will be administered to pre-qualify for this position. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. These are seasonal, minimum wage, union positions for our spring break season. This is ideal for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals with excellent public speaking skills and confidence using a microphone! This position is responsible for selling the interaction and fun of Carnival Games. Prior cash handling experience preferred.
